GovOps Wants to Hear Your Ideas!
As many of our GovOps employees begin to return to office locations two or three days a week, we understand that there will be new challenges and opportunities that need to be addressed. Many of you have come to us with some great ideas and potential solutions to some of the concerns that have arisen since we announced this initiative. We would love to harness more of this creative thinking!
As such, we would like to launch a few committees that address the concerns we are hearing about most frequently. These committees will develop and research ideas that will help us transition more smoothly to this hybrid teleworking environment. Committees
Transportation Committee
This committee will identify key hubs employees use, limitations, alternative modes of transportation, and potential solutions to cut commute times.
Employee Experience Committee
This group will be tasked with identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience while in the office.
Learning & Development Committee
This group will be tasked with ways to offer opportunities for professional and personal learning and development.
Food Committee
This group will explore more robust food options for employees to take advantage of on their in-office days.
Volunteer Committee
This group will explore volunteer opportunities that employees can participate in individually, with teams, or as a department.
